I mean, that's what I eventually assumed, or thought of, but like...really? They didn't even SAY anything about it afterward. I knew it was supposed to be a twist (and it was a good one) but they could have done something to explain or, as you said, lead up to it.
It really was. Like I said, this is one of the episodes that has genuinely scared me for a while. But unfortunately, I am not a fan of such movies as Quarantined.
