In related news, I bought a typewriter! And I was a gangster for Halloween (Schyler thought I was the Doctor and Max thought I was a generic person from the twenties, which...cool). Drama llamas have been running around on campus, but I'm too worried about my sleep schedule to really partake in anything else. Speaking of which, I need to get to bed and not miss class tomorrow.

That said, I'm now downloading Spanish because I'd rather brush up on a language I already know than get it totally mixed up with a different one.

Although, it's kind of fun learning French, so IDK what's going to happen. I'll probably have to drop both once I get back to school.

So, for eleven days, I have all my icons back! LJ decided to stick me with a notice about my extra userpics the SAME NIGHT that I dealt out money for a paid account, but I ain't even bovvered. Instead, have some amazingly awesome!




Holy fucking cephalopod!

College is...college. I miss it a lot, but I'm been busying myself with 30 Rock (I'm almost done with Season 1!) and reading webcomics. I'm currently on Sheldon, which is adorable and reminds me of classic dailies with geekiness mixed in. I have a whole list of webcomics that my friend gave me, so I'll keep you updated as I troll through all the archives. I'm using Google Reader now too, so that takes up a fair amount of my time.

I'm SO CLOSE to finishing my Beatle book, but then I have a George Harrison book, and The Magicians, and a bunch of books about movies.

If I can figure out how to do it on a computer that is not my own (I'm using my sister's because mine was stolen, did I tell you that?), I have an pretty cool idea for a mix. So expect that. Maybe.

Well, I'm totally dressing up like Luna Lovegood tonight and acting the idiot. It shouldn't be that hard XD I'm pretty excited but I know that my costume is going to suck and I'm not totally sure what the plans are. I see silly pictures in my future.

Speaking of the plans, are any of you DW peeps out there going to Comic-Con? Any of you camping out? I'm trying to gauge if a) I will have to camp out in order to see the panel and b) if any of you would mind camping out with me if that happens? I'm generally going to be with cookie_simone and ibroketuesday but they're not going to that panel so IDK if what I'm going to do. Also, there's a late TRS panel that I'm DYING to go to but that's neither here nor there since I can't really do anything about it until we get there.

I'm not sure if I want The Beatles to beat out Dylan and Sinatra on last.fm :/ Speaking of, I finally got my iPod (it's silver!) and a hot pink metal cover and it's awesome awesome awesome. I'm so glad I have my music back with me. As sad as it is, it was hard to leave the house because I'd always want to listen to music.

I fell asleep in bed with my clothes on yesterday. As a result, I had to do my English questions this morning. And he didn't even collect them (fair enough, considering that I got most of them wrong despite having read the majority of the section).

I'm almost done with The War Games. It's making me sad, I'm not sure I'm ready to meet the new doctor. Troughton has grown on me in a way that Hartnell never did (I'm not sure Hartnell ever grew on me at all, I've never been able to see the grandpa comparison). So goodbye to Jamie AND to the Second Doctor? Bleeecch.

I DON'T abbreviate everything, right? squeegee_burble has it all wrong. In relation, it's really cool to type when your head is sideways. It just shines a whole new light on the experience.

When I go to a Jason Mraz concert, and if he asks what song he should play next? I'm going to yell out "Little You and I Both!"; and if people stare at me like I'm retarded because I don't know they're two separate songs? I'll just tell them that I like hearing them back to back. Because I do.

As long as the post is being made, I'm going to pimp out my Script Frenzy work again. You know, the TV pilot I'm writing over at sitrow. I made it partly friends only, but ya'll know I'm easy, so it shouldn't be too hard to get a pass inside.
