Feb. 15th, 2009 02:00 amHOLY CRAP WHAT IS ANDY LAWRENCE DOING ON MY SHOTIME TV SHOW?!?!
I'll have you all know that he sent me on a two or three hour Brotherly Love/Joey Lawrence (I'd never heard the "whoa") kick and just like, Andy was such a shocker. I knew I recognized him from somewhere, but as a six-year-old? He was ADORABLE, and he's still ADORABLE and he's what, two years older than I am? I mean, he's playing a high school kid.
I COULD TOTALLY DATE HIM IF I WANTED TO, GUYS.

Feb. 9th, 2009 07:00 pmI am, of course, an attention whore, and am interested in what you guys have to respond to this, because I think it's interesting.
It's inevitable that as we read each other's journals we create mental pictures of each other. Post this on your own journal to find out who your friends see when they read about your life.
Two Rules:
1) The person must be in the movies or on TV (but doesn't have to be an actor/actress). The person can be specific to a role or character or just the person.
2) Post a picture!
And the madness with my love life goes on (but not really because it's always stationary).

Lots of Things
Sep. 7th, 2008 02:45 amHoly shit, there is almost no time for computers at the college, and it's not helped by the crappy internets that we get here. Regardless, I've been a horrible person and feel like I've missed a bunch, so if there is any major news or just things that you deem important in either TV show history/personal life/fandom life/my life that you think I should know about, leave a comment, I beg you. I really do want to know what's going on!
Also, I'm officially a part of the CAPSLYMPICS and I'm FUCKING EXCITED! Next week will be brilliant (especially the fanmix and x-over, because that's my territory).
Tonight there was the Folk & Blues Festival, and despite the fact that my Elitist Friend (no, seriously, he even admitted to it) kept on talking about how the band wasn't really folksy nor bluesy, I liked it. Their own songs were pretty good, and they did an awesome cover of "Dear Prudence". They also mashed up "Such Great Heights" by The Postal Service with "The Middle"by Jimmy Eats World which AWESOME. Such Great Heights was my favorite song for about a year, and I had JUST been listening to The Middle earlier today and thinking about how much I liked it (it's on my iPod, so it hadn't been that long since I'd heard it, but still). Just...amazing. That they thought to put these two completely different songs together, one being Indie, and one being 90's Alt. Rock.
There was also a film festival tonight (as there was last night, which included a 70's porno with a plot, and Starship Troopers) wherein we watched "From Dusk to Dawn" which is a VAMPIRE movie set in Mexico with George Clooney, Quentin Tarantino (WHOSE A CREEPY BASTARD) and Selma Hayek. Plus the guy who played Shaft. The entire movie was ridiculous, and even though I don't like blood and guts, I had to admit that it was pretty amazing for it's camp-ness. Then we watched Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas, which I'd only seen half of before, and then WALL-E....I love this school.
I also had more beer tonight that I've had before, but that still amounted to less than half the bottle, LOL...I think. In either case, I'm not drunk and haven't been since I got here. Also, most of my friends have had the opportunity to get high, but I have not. It sucks. But eventually it's going to pop up, I hope.
OKAY, BED TIME. TOMORROW I'M CATCHING UP ON ALL THE WORK AND ERRANDS THAT I'VE BEEN PUTTING OFF.
(P.S. I found a guy who likes Supernatural, Mitch Hedberg and Demetri Martin, but he has a girlfriend at home :/)

YAY! NON-PORN!
Jun. 16th, 2008 07:47 pmLa la la, I wrote fic! For
squills' Heroes Blue Balls Non-Pr0n Meme! Of course, it's crack, but it's the best kind! Also, it's been a while since I finished something I started. Um...you might want to expect a little more out of me in regards to fanfic of the Heroes genre, but that would be posted over at
sitrow, and it's something of a continuation.
Soooo, yay! I really recommend you do it if you want to, it's actually really fun XD
Also, I went to the Mac store today, and my Personal Assistant kinda looked like David Tennant. Close enough that he was really, really cute.

I Gots Me a Tag
Dec. 6th, 2007 04:39 pmMORE memes. I swear, I could not make this shit up if I tried.
Rules: Each player of this game starts off with 10 weird things/habits/little known facts about yourself. People who get tagged need to write a blog of their own 10 weird habits/things/little known facts as well as state this rule clearly. At the end you need to choose 10 people to be tagged and list their names.
( 10 Things )
IIII TAAAAAG: CHEVERYONE! Haha, okay, really, I tag everyone who wants to do it, I just felt like saying it the other way.
I have a not-so-nice Bora Bora story, but maybe it's a passing thing.
I also got locked out of my house for a while today. It's a weird feeling, but it's not like I didn't know I couldn't get back in.
Hopefully I can do something with
spillindabeans tonight (I won't tell you, it's a surprise!) but I seem to have a lot of work..

1. Tell you why I friended you.
2. Associate you with something - fandom, a song, a colour, a photo, a word etc.
3. Tell you something I like about you.
4. Tell you a memory I have of you.
5. Ask something I've always wanted to know about you.
6. Tell you my favorite user pic of yours.
7. In return, you must post this in your LJ.
Yep, I'm doing this one again. I have about 10 million Bora Bora stories now, but I've vented them all to Squerb. I'm serious when I say that her tolerance is miles high because she is not sick of them yet. I TELL HER A NEW ONE PRACTICALLY EVERY DAY.
On the first day of Channukah, my mommy gave to me... BLOOD ON THE TRACKS!
LOL I picked it out before, but I thought I wasn't going to get it until Christmas!

My Motivation (Part 1/3)
Nov. 20th, 2007 10:21 pmDespite what you may think, this is NOT a fic. It just that there are many things I want to share with y'all today, but I have homework (some late homework, at that) that I have to do first. So Part One (this part) will be all about the interesting parts of my day, Part Two will consist of memes, and Part Three will be a surprise!
Actually, I just realized that this is more stuff that I want to do that branches off from these three parts, but, you know, whatever. I'll figure out a plan.

I've Caught Up on My Flist!
Oct. 17th, 2007 09:57 pmAll I need to do is watch Plastic!Winchester Theater XD...I may have skipped some long posts and reviews. I'm sorry guys, but it just had to be done. I don't have the time.
So:
Good News: I'm all caught up on all your wonderful lives!
Bad News: I may now be failing Chemistry because of it.
Just kidding, my lab is due tomorrow, and it's not that hard. I just also really wanted to work on my college essays tonight (I have a week and a half! AAAAAHHHHH)
Also? Rebecca (does she mind her name being on-line? I'll ask her) Facebook messaged me with basically all I need to know for our Totally Awesome Weekend Unsupervised at Carnegie Mellon (TAWUCM). I'm uber-excited (and it's not only because we're hosting a Heroes marathon!..Is it weird that I have this vision of Zachary Quinto finding out that there's a Heroes marathon at his Alma Mater, and then coming and sitting in the dark in the back of the lecture hall. And then no one else will really notice, but I will, and I'll be all cool about it and he'd appreciate me not making a big deal? And then he'd come up at the end and we'd talk and stuff? Yes? I'm crazy? Alright.) We're also going to a party on Saturday night (whether it is at a house, frat or club has yet to be decided) and will probably visit the Andy Warhol museum or see a comedy troupe or something. In short: Awesome! Fantastic! Legendary!
( meme )
Oh, Bora Bora and I talked about the lab today. Nothing big. Before that though, when everyone was walking around looking at the different light spectrums, he made a comment about my shirt. It's one of my favorites that says "Make Cupcakes, Not War" and so he does this 'pretty voice' and goes "Make cupcakes?" and I'm all "Yeah! Cupcakes are delicious!" which, while not as pathetic as stupidly grinning, isn't really winning me any points on the Witty Meter.

Oh Yeah. And Boys.
Oct. 17th, 2007 12:18 amIt's time for me to become a little squeely girl again!
So basically all that ever happened was that Bora Bora and I decided we'd get together tomorrow and work on our lab. I don't know what's wrong with me. But he called me a doll. I realize how chauvinistic that could come across as, but he was smiling, so I don't really care. Plus, it made me immediately think of "Guys & Dolls" so that's alright. I could only really smile back because I'm stupid. Whatever. But tomorrow it's going to be lab time.
That is all.

Mine Is An Evil Laugh!
Sep. 2nd, 2007 02:15 amLook at my pretty new icon! It rules over all.
I've been absent lately and I'm sorry for that. I don't really have much to talk about. I started school, and there was this whole thing with me being in four classes that I really didn't like. Things are looking better now, because I've learned to accept one class, deal with the other two and switch out of the fourth. I can already tell my new teacher is great.
I'm still not done with "Masochism Tango" but I decided to take a little break and am working on "One Headlight" which I've been wanting to do forever. Making it easier on myself and am interspersing pieces of video with the actual music video The Wallflowers made. Should be interesting, because there was a black car in the original video. Perfect tie-in, I guess.
I do have a meme, which I will get to, but thought I'd spend a little time on other aspects of my life. I have Guitar Hero 2 and have been playing it a lot. I'm playing easy, and have fives on almost everything except "Message in a Bottle" and the Butthole Surfers song. Very weird and annoying. There are a couple more songs on that level that I haven't tried/played yet, but when I get fives on absolutely everything I'll step up to medium. I tried playing two medium songs today (not on career, obviously) and I completely died.
No news on RCG (haven't seen him for the past three days really) and there's a cute guy in History that I worked in a group with on Friday but that's about it there.
I've also started watching Firefly (Ariel lent it to me) and it is possibly the greatest thing in the world. I will get disc two shortly from Madeleine.
Meme?( Meme )
Answering the ones about my lj aren't necessary, but appreciated. I know how awkward it is to try to answer questions like that.
ETA: I forgot to mention that I order HD Heroes from Amazon! Woohoo! My dad got a bit pissy, because it cost $60 instead of $30 so I had to pay the extra, but it's so totally worth it (especially since I already have an HD DVD player). I should probably get it in a couple of weeks, and then you REALLY won't hear me shut up about Milo.
I'm a little scared I'm getting more into Heroes than SPN, but it's probably just the hiatus talking...Plus, time on TWoP Heroes threads does not equal love for the show.

I'd, like, TOTALLY post a new entry if anything exciting happened in my life, except that it doesn't. The little things of interest are as follows:
1) I got my new DDR mat today. Whoo! Apparently it connects directly to the TV, so we'll see how that works out. I won't be able to test it out until all my work is done, which will be....never.
2) Heroes DVD comes out on Tuesday. I didn't pre-order, and I have no idea when my dad/aunt is going to decide to buy it for me. Hopefully soon. Until then I have to wait.
3) RCG (remember him? Yeah, I didn't think you would) is apparently in my 7th period Theater class. I don't know why, because he's at least a year younger than me. Why are we on the same course level?
So, that's pretty much what's been happening. That, and I have a two page Spanish essay to write on a book I haven't really read. Also, is it possible for teachers to know if you've read a book in English or in Spanish? Because if they find out, I get 0%.
Every time I read Hemingway, I fall asleep without fail.

Hey, so you know "Unequivocal Sex Invite", that J2 fic? I never got to read the second half so I was wondering if anyone could link me up to it? The reason I remember is that I just watched Clueless for the millionth time (seriously, I've been watching it since I was five) and I thought of the fic because it was so good. Jared Padalecki playing Josh? HAWTEST.IDEA.EVER.
Also, I'm having my Movie Night tonight, which means that RCG should be coming over. He might have forgotten, and that's okay, but hopefully he won't so I can actually get a sense of where we are. I'm way over analyzing this aren't I?
