The picture of Jared in argyle looks like he's trying to be Logan Echolls.

I don't think Milo looks like Bob Dylan. Bob Dylan, while a genius musician, was not an attractive man.

I love his little half-smiles, though. So cute!

IDK, there's something about how his hair is blowing up and he's looking back at the camera and the expression on his face remind me of Bob Dylan. And I actually have seen photos of young Bob Dylan in which he looks attractive.

I'm guessing Logan Echolls in Veronica Mars? I can identify the character, but I don't exactly know what you're referencing.
