Totally stolen from ibroketuesday.

It's an experiment of sorts. I took a bunch of famous Winchester brother lines and converted them to another language, and then back to English again.

Note: Apparently in German, Dean's name is "Dekan" but it changed back to English in the reverse translation O.o

Did anyone else know that in Dutch, Dean mean "blanket"?!? Also, I'm totally starting my conversations with "pile-driver" now. (And ending it with "Way if"?)

I figure it was harder since the brothers never actually, you know, express their emotions with words, but still, LOL?

No it isn't they just translate the names badly. Like with Harry Potter. A translation program would convert it into Harald Töpfer.

Yeah well, I don't watch the show in German because I don't like the voices and because even if I DID like them I wouldn't want to miss Jensen's and Jared's original voices ;o)
